Started
in 1998,
The Hartstown / Huntstown Community Drugs Team Ltd,
is a Community Organisation
funded through the Blanchardstown Drugs Task Force
and whose Management Committee
is made up of
Community Representatives from the Hartstown and Huntstown areas,
HSC Northern Area, Blanchardstown Youth Service and Blanchardstown Garda Station
Mission Statment
"Hartstown / Huntstown Community Drugs Team
will endeavour through the Education & Prevention Programmes to facilitate people in the area,
to
remain free from the misuse of drugs
And that those people who are misusing drugs be given every opportunity and support,
to make informed decisions in relation to their drug use,
(and) to access treatment
to become drug free."
